Organizations seeking
a charitable gambling license or exemption from the State of Minnesota
must have their applications signed by the City. Before signing the state
application, City staff does a background check of the organization’s
chief executive officer and treasurer. Those two officers must read and
complete the City’s Charitable Gambling Registration form. There is a $15
fee associated with the form.
