Spring load restrictions for 2008 went into effect Friday, March 14.
Most residential roads are restricted to five tons per axle unless they
have a permit. Permits are issued for six tons per axle.
Permits are issued at the Public Works office, 5146 Eden Ave., between the
hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4 p.m. A permit is good for one truck to one
address for one day. The cost of a permit is $100.
