Georgia
joined the Edina Art Center faculty in January of 2008. She teaches
Beginning Watercolor, Watercolor Portraiture, Mosaic Class and a
continuing class as well as special workshop projects. Georgia is a
workshop trained artist particularly influenced by artists Karen
Knutson, Kay Sharkey Schlosser, Karlyn Holman, Cheng-Khee Chee, Pat
Undis, Nita Engel, Dan Wiemer and Bridget Austin. Georgia is a member of
the Minnesota Watercolor Society and has had several paintings accepted
into their annual juried shows. She is an award-winning member of
Artists of Minnesota and a member of several national watercolor
societies. She has sold her work through numerous art galleries and
displayed extensively in public gallery shows. Her work also hangs in
many private collections.
Georgia teaches Watercolor and Mosaic classes at Edina Art Center.
