Section 835 - Comprehensive Plan

835.01 Notice and Hearing for Adoption and Amendment of Comprehensive Plan. Before the Council shall adopt or amend the Comprehensive Plan of the City, as defined in M.S. 462.352, Subd. 5, or any portion of it, it shall hold at least one public hearing on such adoption or amendment. A notice of the time, place and purpose of the hearing shall be published once in the official newspaper of the City at least ten days before the date of the hearing.
